Fast measurement comparison
Instant comparison between profiles and results to quickly identify deviations and trends.
Surfynex is MCM Technic’s platform for complete profile analysis: it reduces operator variability, enforces uniform procedures and makes results comparable across production, metrology labs and R&D.
In companies with multiple instruments, the real challenge is not “measuring” but making results comparable: same setup, same evaluation criteria, same report format. Surfynex creates a shared language across departments, lines and sites.
Surfynex standardizes measurements and provides data and reports in industrial formats. The integrated database and exports QDAS, CSV, Excel and PDF enable full traceability and integration into quality and production workflows.
Surfynex supports ISO, JIS and ASME standards and provides an extended set of parameters for R, P, W and Core profiles, with advanced tools for tolerances, database and reporting.
Guided workflows and uniform settings to reduce variability across operators and departments.
Fast OK/NOK verification on required parameters—useful for quality checks and audits.
Measurement database, history and comparisons for time-based analysis and SPC support.
Dedicated tool to translate ISO symbols into consistent and repeatable measurement requirements.
Clear, professional outputs to document results, attach profiles and share evidence.
Works with OmniDrive and MCM retrofit solutions, with exports designed for process integration.

Instant comparison between profiles and results to quickly identify deviations and trends.

Guided creation of measurement programs with automatic recording of operational sequences.

From ISO drawing requirement to measurement setup: parameter, filters, cut-off and coherent limits.

Structured measurement archiving, history, search and long-term analysis (SPC support).
Consistent workflow with OmniDrive and retrofit solutions, with standardized parameters and filters.
Clear interface, parameter descriptions and guided procedures to reduce errors and operating time.
Professional reporting with traceability, comparisons and outputs ready for quality control.
Surfynex enables fast export of results and profiles in formats suitable for traceability, archiving and integration into quality systems.
Typical formats: Excel, CSV, PDF, DXF, QDAS and .mcm files.

Exports in standard industrial formats for analysis, quality and sharing.

Fast outputs to reduce operating time and ensure traceability.
Surfynex generates clear, professional measurement reports with results, tolerances, profiles and traceability information. Reports are configurable for lab, production and audits.

Surfynex integrates advanced tools for roughness, waviness and profile analysis, supporting more than 100 parameters according to ISO, JIS and ASME standards. The software enables guided programming of measurement cycles with an auto-learning function, tolerance setup with immediate OK/NOK verification, and simultaneous comparison between measurements for process-variation analysis.
The integrated database allows structured data archiving, statistical analysis and long-term monitoring of production performance. Available functions include stylus management and traceability, multi-level user control, export in industrial formats (PDF, CSV, Excel, DXF, QDAS), and dedicated tools for guided interpretation of technical drawing requirements.
Surfynex is designed for both laboratory and production environments, ensuring repeatability, traceability and integration into modern quality systems and Industry 4.0 workflows.
